Happy July 1st , Farmgirls! I talked with Denise this week about taking over the SPG HenHouse swap schedule the next few months. She has a new grand baby coming in August and will be a busy Grandma for awhile. In thinking about what would be a good plan for these months, I decided on the following idea which I am tossing out for your feedback. Here goes:
1. July-- We will do a specific themed swap which I have planned for and will post today for interested Farmgirls.
2. August/September- Since September is going to be our Second Annual Apple Festival at the main MJF Forum, this plan comes to mind. We will sign up and post partners in August for an Apple Themed swap here at the HenHouse to be mailed by the first week of September . This plan would give us time to work on the September swap at a slower pace to accommodate one of the busiest months of the Summer.
Come October, Denise will resume being hostess with a Fall themed idea.
What do you think? My idea is to give us a bit of a break from a monthly swap by combining efforts for August and September.
Please let me know your thoughts for the August/September plan. Thanks!!

Great plans Winnie! I may be able to join in since Aug/Sept are together. Will have to see how the baby plans are set up.
