Monday, I finally cut up my Fall Pie Pumkin and cooked/pureed the meat. Then I made a new Pumpkin bread recipe and it was super simple. The bread turned out moist, tender, and delicious! You know me and Fall.....It is always time to enjoy some Fall even when it is Spring outside! LOL!! 
The only thing missing is my favorite Pumpkin Spice Coffee.. But.....I have three more bags of frozen pumpkin meat in my freezer to enjoy anytime I need a Fall Fix! LOL
When Denise's package arrived today, I figured it was time to enjoy another slice of my pumpkin bread to celebrate.
