Blessed is the only word to describe our life. God has chosen to heal my children! He has also chosen to bless me with each of you! Winnie sent a wonderful card to Aly that she carries around with her. Yesterday, MaryEllen visited while she was in town to visit her family and blessed our children with a basket of toys and stuffed animals. I didn't think to take a picture of the basket of goodies and animals before the children raided it, but we did have my hubby take a picture of us (I was quickly reminded why I am usually behind the camera, but am so glad to have the picture!!!)
And then today a package arrived for Aly from Carole. She made her a lovely pillowcase and sent a coloring book and crayons. It couldn't have come on a better day, as it was beautiful out, but we have to protect her from the sun, so she was content to color today :)

It is wonderful that God is working with your family, so wonderful, and that Aly is healing well.
That is good photo of you and Maryellen. Good memories and what a cute pillow case that Carole made for Aly.

Such a beautiful photo of the two of you!! I love the happy smiles on your faces. It is great to hear that Aly and your son are well on the way to being totally well. A perfect blessing indeed!
It is a joyful time when Farmgirls get to connect to each other. We spend time here sharing and supporting each other and when the opportunity arises to actually meet, it is SPECIAL! |

Two pretty ladies, on a nice sunny day :)! Love the photo and that you got to get together. Time with Farmgirls is so very special! Shannon, so happy to hear that the Lord has touched your family, He is so good! Carole, that pillow case is so cute, I know it will be loved. I too enjoy making them, just so many cute fabrics and combinations :)! The sky is the limit, as well as my imagination!

| I had a wonderful time with Shannon and her family! It is just so, so, special to actually meet a farmgirl. This is the second time that Shannon and I have had the chance to get together. I know this will not come as a shock to any of you but they are the most beautiful family you could ever possibly want to meet. The children are kind, sweet and loving much like their parents. They are so well behaved, there are 7 of them. They are well mannered and talented. Each child is so special, I loved visiting with each one. They love to read and they are so appreciative. I actually was able to see where Aly was healing and that was awesome for me. We had tea and lunch. Four hours goes by like 15 minutes. Shannon even showed me her amazing material stash, which I may add is organized on an entire wall based on color, all folded neatly in coordinating sections. Wow was I drooling. I really don't know how her and Brad do it all. Thanks again Shannon for an amazing opportunity. Hugs Shannon and I hope to be able to see you again soon! Maryellen |
