Connie, I got my wonderful corney mashed potato recipe and pretty note cards, along with a sweet Easter card. I'm so sorry you had to mail it twice! We had the same mail carrier, Miss Mamie, for years and years, and she always took care of us even if there was a little boo boo on the address. Recently they switched thing up and she's not on our route anymore. We really miss her personal touch!

I am such a lucky girl! Because we had an uneven number, I had two swap partners this month, and they've both left me breathless!
Linda, I can't wait to try the bean salad recipe. "Long beans," as my dad called them, are among my favorites, yum! The little farm nearby always has the yellow ones, too. The chicken egg cozies are too sweet for words! You sewing is so amazing, I can't wait to surprise my mom and Lily at breakfast! Here's a picture:

Marilyn, what can I say? The strawberry sigh recipe will be a hit for sure! Now ladies, Marilyn made me an album to collect our recipes in! It is colorful and has inspirational messages on the pages, and has her recipes for the past few months inside. I'm stunned by the beauty and creativity! Here's a few pics:

Here's the Corney Mashed Potato recipe from Connie that you asked me to share:
8 med. Red potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks
1/2 cup butter
8 oz. Sour cream
2 Tbls. Milk
1 Tbls. Parsley flakes or fresh if you have it
3 green onions, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Salt & pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Boil potatoes till tender. Drain. Add butter, sour cream, milk, parsley. Mash. Add onions, corn, salt, pepper. Mix well. Put into greased 9 x 13 dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 25 mins. (Add more butter and milk to your liking.) Good on cold nights!
Doesn't that sound wonderfully yummy!
