We have been having rain the last two days, and now I just heard rolling thunder. We had flashflood warning out yesterday. It has been warm . Cloudy all day today.

Marilyn thank you sweet friend. I heard that they did. We had about 4 inches of rain. The yard looks like a swimming pool. The sun is out but they call for more rain the weekend.
Its so muddy and wet even little Poncho (our furbaby)came in wet and muddy. Got a bath and a treat. Lol.
I am ready for some sunshine .

Where is everyone???
It's Thursday, April 11, 2019!
We were 95 with big gusty wind yesterday.
Today it is cool, breezy and finally 62°.
I was supposed to fill tubs with potting soil today, but instead I stood on my head and scraped thick algae out of a horse trough!
Then I come home, very pooped and sitting in my car, I see a strange pickup drive by. A college boy is lost...looking for his lab. It was funny, he was wearing his purple shirt, a cowboy hat, not a cap and he had another of those professor drawn maps! My first comment to him was "at least you don't have four other vehicles with trailers behind you!" That actually happened about four years ago. Finally I think I figured out the hen scratch map and sent him on his way. I think I will draw a good map and send it to the ag dept. at the college. |

| Temperatures are rising here today to the upper 80s! We had a bit of a break from the heat earlier this week but the next few days are going to be like Summer! |

| For the past 2 days it has been very windy here in Arizona. Yesterday we had snow flurries most of the day, though none stuck. Possible rain here tomorrow. |

The weather is warm 71 but windy. I believe it is bringing some rain this way for tonight and tomorrow.

| Saturday we leave for Gilbert, AZ, a Phoenix suburb. The temps today are in the 80s, and the next few days it will be 80s-90s. WHEEEEEE! I can't wait to see my friend again, and it will be a full household, since one of her sons and his two kids are also living there now. She does some fun dinners - I will let you know some of them when we get back. They are not only the foods that are served, but also how they are presented. LOL! |
