My recipes for February and March should be in the mail by the first of next week, if not before.

mahi mahi. Can you believe we have never had that! My DGS loves mahi mahi. So, I am out to impress him. We will do the salmon too. We all love wild rice and salmon.

Finally mailed out the rest of my recipes Saturday! The entertainment group was the most difficult. I think the recipes I used in other divisions were the ones I most use when entertaining. Soooooo, I adlibed some. I used recipes/crafts that we use with the kids/gkids at special times of year. Also included a small craft that I do a lot of and include them in some mailed pkgs just for fun or extra love. I hope you don't mind.

Guess what girls... I finally mailed my recipes today! Better late than never! I did not include any pie recipes because I don't have any! I've never made pie. I know that's such an un-farmgirl-ish thing to admit, but it's true. Maybe I'll try one of the recipes you all sent me. For the March recipes, I picked finger food for entertaining. So once again I apologize for my epic-ly late swap!

Erin, great job catching up! I love the hand written recipes. However, I just cannot hand write much any more. So as you can see all of mine are typed. You should get mine soon. I am 68 and this is the first year I ever made fruit pies and double crust pies at that! Don't feel bad. We dubbed my 1st double crust pie Ugly Apple Pie. But, it sure tasted great!

Haha Judith! That reminds me of the awful falafel Mary Jane made. Shannon yes I have quite a few from you. Maybe not the most recent ones? But as we all know, I'm the least person that should call anyone out on being late! Lol!

Hmmm you should have gotten them all Erin - they were sent out the same time as everyone else... A small brown envelope? Would have had fish/seafood, vegetarian, and entertaining, etc. If you didn't get them, I'll resend... Joyce did you get yours? I think I added them to the box, but honestly cannot remember!

No need to apologize silly!!!! I just know there are times when I send stuff with my hubby to mail that it doesn't reach its destination... be it getting lost by him or the postal service!!!!
