Would anyone be interested in doing a Christmas swap just within our henhouse? We could even do it where you do not receive from the person you send to. What do you think? Anyone interested? I know there are quite a few swaps and will be more on the main board for Christmas, so people may not be able to participate. Just a thought...

oh YES! I would seriously love it....I'm moving though, and at this point don't know where I'm going, but I can get together a package at some point I know, and send it :) I would just love too!! This makes me think it would be fun to do a Christmas Card Swap with everyone! Does that sound like an idea? If so, I'll start a new thread and get it all set up there. It would be fun to receive a Christmas card from everyone in our little henhouse!

Hi it's the newbie again.
I love me a SWAP. But I am new here. What kind of items are we talking about?

Shannon - I just don't think I'm going to be able to do it...with the countdown and seasonal swap I fear that it's going to be too much for me while moving :( Too bad, as I would love to be part of this!! I'm planning on doing my cards right away, and then all I have to do is stamp and mail right before we move :)

I would love to swap for Christmas! I'm wondering too what kinds of things to include?

I'll do a swap for Christmas! Shannon I'm assuming you're thinking something like the countdown to Christmas swap on the main board, but just one. If I'm right, you girls could check that out for some ideas about what to swap. What should the mail out date be?

I was thinking basically anything Christmas-y or you know your partner is interested in, flies :) As for date - I would think the 12th of December, by the latest. Maybe assign partners in November so people can craft if they want.

Alright guys - here is the plan... Create a Christmas filled package for one person to celebrate the season. When you sign up, please specify if you do or do not celebrate with Santa, as I know there are mixed views and family traditions regarding this.

Sign up from now until November 20th.
Partners posted by the 22nd.
Mail out by December 12th.
