There were so many reasons that I picked her. So thank all of you so much for all the fun. Now I kind of want to see what is instore for 2020. Kind of excited. So hugs everyone..
Marlee, I'm so sorry that you've been sick! That sounds awful. I am glad that you are on the mend!

I am back from my fabulous trip to Hungary, Austria, and Germany, and want to thank everyone for the cards I received while I was gone.
Thank you to Sherry for the card and package for Ed and I, to Marlee for the card and cute snowman, to Judith for the cute homemade card, to Darlene for the cute card, to Carole for the cute card, to Ruth for the nice card with cute birds on it, to Maryellen for the cute handmade card, and to Marilyn for the very thoughtful vintage Anniversary card. I love ALL of them.
And Sherry, the post office has done it again; I received the sympathy card I sent you back and it was marked as Return to Sender, Not deliverable as addressed, and Unable to Forward. And it was addressed correctly!! I will send it to you again with the envelope so you can show your post office.

Linda, thank you for the fun e card! After watching all of the fireworks and places in the world celebrating, it made me feel like I should have stayed up and celebrated! Maybe next year!

Good old Post Office,! Thank you all again for my beautiful cards. Usually I am at my daughters house on New Year! My SIL usually shoots off fireworks, I missed all that. I was able to FaceTime for my Granddaughters birthday p, so sweet. Not the same though. Well Thanks for all your encouragement, blessings and prayers I love you all!

Darlene, I knew this Christmas would be difficult for you, because you had been spending the holidays with them. But I did not realize that you also missed New Years as well as the girls birthday. I had hoped and prayed that you would be through with this hospital thing...long before now! But God knows best. His timing is even better than best. And yes he is patient! You are strong, brave, and patient too! You will always be my example of what a hero is! May God, in all of his wisdom, continue to bless you.

I know it is hard and you have shown us by your example, that with God, it can be done. You are the second person I have known, who was in a hospital for an extended period of time. The first was my daddy, who spent months at St. Paul hospital, in Dallas back in the early 1930s...long before he met and married my mother!

Debbie, i am so happy you enjoyed getting the new journal ! It was meant to be used and I do hope you will fill up the pages in the years to come with all sorts of personal notes, recipes, and little things you just don’t want to forget. I hope you are having a very special FGOTM!!

my farm sisters are the best! I am trying to do better in the future to send cards but let me tell you I am very thankful for all of you who send them to me. Darlene, You are still in my prayers. In fact, we all need prayers! I have trouble standing for more than five minutes because of my back and it can't be fixed. But golly and I getting good at sitting down stuff. Quilting, embroidery, drawing, writing, mending (I love to mend). I can still walk but just can't stand in one place for very long. I carry a cane. You really get treated royally when you do. People open doors for you, carry stuff for you and generally wait on you. That's the up side.

Bonnie I definitely will keep you in my prayers, so sorry about your back, that’s got to hurt, I bet your sitting down stuff is beautiful, and would love to see some of it. What happened to your back? I bet your quilting and embroidery is beautiful! I would love to see some of your work. What do you draw? It is good you can still walk, I will be glad to be able to walk normally again someday. Do you have a pretty cane, some of them out there are beautiful, and it is nice to be treated royally. Keep on crafting.
While in the hospital so long I colored a lot with pages they provided and gave them away. I never colored much but sure enjoyed it and now still doing some since I got back home, I used my favorites, colored pens, glitter pens and colored pencils. Here are a couple I did. .
Everyone one thank you for being on here.
God bless

Darlene, your colored pictures are beautifull! What a great idea to have some fun when you are not able to get up and do what you were doing. I see many themed coloring books these days and when they are done up, the pictures are quite stunning. Enjoy your new crafting pursuit and thanks for sharing!
