Hello Everyone,

I'm back from a wonderful vacation. Brrr .... certainly not the wonderful warm weather we were having in Florida! It's great to come back to lots of chatting to catch up in this henhouse.

Darlene, thank you for posting the picture of the original Henhouse gals. It's so nice to see the faces that started this group!

Off to continue my catching up!

Yes it is neat that Linda had some of our back history.

I am glad you are back safely but probably a lot colder.
We are expecting Rain for the next week.

Well shucks!! Heard from Brian (MJF) about my inability to post pics now.
He checked with the tech dept and it seems as tech gets more and more advanced.......it's hard to keep up. So......basically in a nutshell? My smartphone is 'smarter' than their system so it isn't recognizing anything :(
Will see if my gkids might figure out a way for me!!!

Hugs,
Linda

LOL Linda! That is so funny! I usually send the pictures from my smart phone to my laptop and post that way. I had never tried to do it from my iPhone. I just find it easier to type from my lap top! Glad you got that taken care of!

Good evening everyone!
Hope everyone is doing well this evening. It's very dreary, with fog and drizzle here this evening. I'm snugly inside :)

A nice Sat morning. My 7 yr old gdaughter spending the weekend.
My daughter and her spent the morning making cinnamon rolls and now working on pre-Thanksgiving recipes :)

They went out and got starbucks earlier too for us. Well my gdaughter has basically choc/milk with a teensy dash of decaf ;)

Hope everyone is having a nice day !

Hugs,
Linda

It's presently in the 40's here! We still have a bit of snow on the ground.

Lazy day for me. Not sure I can afford the luxury! So much to do and yet, just sitting here enjoying a latte. I have done my coop chores! At least that's out of the way.

Well, I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Carole, me too! It's gray and drizzling here and I'm not too motivated today!!
It's one of those 'stay bundled in covers' kinda days here!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

My DD and DH are headed out to MA to celebrate with family. They are leaving tomorrow, in the hopes of avoiding the snow storm. I will be staying back, holding down the fort! I'm working on Saturday and they would like to stay longer. Ok, I'll admit it .... I'm looking forward to having the house to myself! But ... don't tell them that! We had a turkey dinner on Saturday, so I'm good with turkey leftover!

Hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving day!

In gratitude,

Carole

Hi, I just wanted to wish all you gals, a very Happy Thanksgiving! I have been baking the last two days, now to enjoy the fruits of our labor tomorrow. We will be going to our youngest daughter's family Thanksgiving. Our oldest daughter and her family will be there as well. So we will have almost all our Georgia family together! Everyone is bringing food, so should be a very enjoyable day. Love family time :)!
My hip and pelvis are healing....slow but sure!
Enjoy your day!
Hugs, Ruth

How was everyone's Thanksgiving celebrations? Are you all stuffed? Mine was quiet. A friend of mine stopped by and brought a turkey dinner for me along with a bottle of wine. Wow! That was sweet of her! She knew that dd and dh were away! Unfortunately, I had already made my pasta with pesto. So guess what I'm having for lunch? lol

Any one tackling the "Black Friday" sales? I'm staying put. Fibre is closed so I'm taking this as a day off! Will tackle some projects that need completion.

Enjoy your day everyone!

Ladies that follow me on fb......I'm having a fb online Jamberry Nail Wrap party. Please check it out. Will be some fun games etc to win some free product.
You can black Friday shop at home ;)

Hope everyone had a nice day yesterday!
We did. It was my youngest gdaughter's bday as well and was such fun!
Her dad and brother made her a huge Barbie house from a chest of drawers. My daughter made her Barbie furnishings out of re-cyclables.......thank you Pinterest!!
My gdaughter screamed......she was sooooo excited :)

Hope everyone is having a good day!

Linda

Ruth,
I will send pic to Darlene if she doesn't mind posting again for me? Apparently my smartphone and Mjf don't understand each other anymore! Lol, Brian said the newer upgrades to smartphones are smarter than their upload software now :(

Would love to share!!
