I got a letter from her today answering my Question, Will her kids travel back to Ma. with her? They will be going home to their old coop! I was soooo happy to hear that! She has been thru some rough weeks and her friend who owns the farm, has broken her heart! She said she will be back in Ma.Oct 12th and she can't thank all the Hen House enough for their support! I plan on staying in touch with her just the same. She needs us right now! and while she does not celebrate Christmas for whatever reason.... I can kinda guess ...knowing the kind of childhood she had. Giving to those in need is what CHRISTMAS is and should be about! Wow! was I preaching! LOL! My Granny would be proud anyway! LOL! Hugs! Debbie,
Do you have any suggestions for what type of gifts. Maybe things like we would send as an ROAK?
thanks!

Connie is right Denise she loves coffee and drinks it most of the day. Also now that she is home her needs will not be the same as they were when she was living off grid, she will be home and cooking and taking care of hubby again as well as herself and babies. Oh don't forget chocolate. I will email you after I check her last letter.
Hugs,
Debbie

I have some goodies waiting to send her when she is moved. Goodies are always a great gift and chocolate makes people happy.

Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.

Also we must remember that not all of our Chickees celebrate the same holidays, each of us is unique and different which makes us the wonderful ladies that we all are. We do have more then one Chickee in the Hen House who does not celebrate certain holidays, so we must be sensitive and honor their wishes due to religious beliefs. We must always ask before we send or question why this chickee or that chickee did not join a swap etc, we all have our personal reasons why we do not participate and sometimes it is our beliefs.
Please email me with any questions and I will answer and let you know who you should not send to.
Thank you all for your understanding with this particular subject.
Hugs,
Debbie
