A Change for our October Craft Hostess, Sherry will teach all of us her craft as Tammy is a bit behind due to her Son's illness so she will be December's Craft Hostess.

Within the next week or so Sherry will be letting you know what craft
she will be teaching.

Thank you Sherry for stepping in for Tammy and I we sure do appreciate you. I know your craft will be awesome as well.

Hugs,
Debbie

Thanks for asking Rain....Alex is doing much better, he's back to work and all his other activities. Had another check of his hand yesterday, and the orthopedic surgeon said his hand has healed up perfectly. Now to try to play catch up for me....

Thanks again Sherry for stepping in for me. I really appreciate it!

Sherry I look forward to doing your craft, still trying to decide which month and what I am going to do. Connie, hope hubby is recovering, you are getting some rest and your Internet gets fixed soon. Debbie with all those men to cook for you will be in the kitchen a lot, aren't brothers wonderful to pitch in when needed. Tammy, deep breath, you will catch up sooner or later. Rain, are you spoiling that grand baby? Still waiting on ours 3 weeks to go. Increasing the pace here, lots to do and running out of harvest weather fast, possible snow Friday and Saturday no matter how hard I try to be ahead of the harvest game I always seem to find things I forgot to do. Might have to stop harvest next week and get some cattle home if the weather gets bad, hope not. Marlee, I sure could use your truck and tractor driving skill right now! Hugs to all, I'll be back when I can squeeze a few seconds out of my day.

Hi Chickies, I have had company, granddaugters wedding, then a trip to Situate, Ma for my great nieces wedding. Came home on Wednesday sick :(. Went to doctor yesterday, cortisone shot and zpk! Starting to feel better. I'm sitting here sipping on a bowl of homemade chickie noodle soup. Sorry I have been out of touch.
Praying everyone is doing better. It's good to be back
Hug, Ruth

Connie, That Lobster sure was yummy as were the "steamers"! First time I have tried them. Had them in front of me before, but just couldn't do it :)!
We also went to the Lobster Hut in Plymouth, MA, where I shared a Fisherman's Platter for two with my niece. Had, fried clams, with bellies, scallops, shrimp, and wonderful fresh fish. Then to Peaceful Meadows for Mocha Chip Ice Cream. Now I have to be a good girl - can't taste much now, so it's not so much fun eating!

Oh Ruth you are making me home sick for Savannah and all the wonderful seafood. Oh to be on the beach and be able to get fresh seafood not previously frozen. Oh well.
Hugs,

Hi Everyone, Well here it is, the October Craft. I wanted to show you what an inchie is and some of the ways that you can use them. I have sent out a packet to all of you. It went in the mail this morning. Lots of info and everything you need to make this card. And I sent extras for you to play with. There are lots of web sites to look at to find ideas for using your inchies. Pinterest has lot of card ideas as well as Ellen Hutson's web site, she also carries inchie supplies. I know its a simple project and hope all will enjoy it. Please forgive me for any mistakes that I may have made I got this together in a hurry. Please feel free to ask me any questions you might have. I will do my best to answer them. I sent a small brochure in the packet and the first part of it is written by Ellen, its from her website. Everything you need to make the card is in the small ziplock bag and the other is just for you to play with. Enjoy.

Thank you so much Sherry, the card is awesome! I can not wait for my supplies to arrive so I can make one, glad to know what an inchie is and it is simple enough that I can do it, I am not good with papercrafts, and will have fun at the same time.
Thank you again.
Hugs,
Deb

Hi Every one,

Ruth you take care of yourself, it sounds like you have had a lot of fun and wore yourself out. Enjoy that chicken soup.

Sherry I can hardly wait to see what your craft will be.

Debbie
Did you have a good working visit with your brothers-in-law?
I hope so and your wood is all taking care of for the winter.

Debbie I need to talk to you about how to do the one in January.

Tammy I am so glad Alex's hand is doing so much better, what a relief for you.

Connie, How is your internet doing? I have problems with my internet sometimes and it is such a pain. Maybe your new phone company will do better for you.

Well you all have a very special Sunday!

hugs and blessings
darlene
