Peggy, I got my book today and it looks great. I will take it with me on vacation this week. We are heading off to the coast....Hearst Castle, San Luis Obispo and Pismo Beach for some much needed ocean air! I will be thinking of you and all my hen friends while I am relaxing with a good book and watching the ocean!

Have fun Tammy and Safe Travels. We will wait to hear all about how much fun you had when you return. Vacation's are so much fun, wish I could have more.

Enjoy, I like detective mysteries that make you guess who the criminal is. I like old type like Perry Mason, or Murder She wrote. Father Dowling.
I like History non-fiction. I like books that show nature, like birds or bugs or bats and so on.
I love clouds, my favorite.
The list could go on and on.

I only have one book on my List left. Surely we have an Louisa May Alcott fan in the Hen House
Some where. You don't have to have listed ANY BOOKS yourself to take it.

Ok, I am slightly confused...are you all sending these books as a round robin, ending at a library? There are quite a few listed as "taken", does that mean I can't ask to be put on the list?
Sorry, I seemed to have missed the basic facts of what is happening here. I am a voracious reader and some of these books sound fabulous!
I might be making a library list...

Rain, yes you can ask the Chickee that may have gotten the book if she would send it to you next. Once everyone who has wanted it and read it then you past it on to another friend, library or thrift store.
I will be listing more books on Monday. This will be an ongoing thread so you can add books anytime you wish for the swap.
