Okay my cute chicks...I have been attempting making journals. Not altered ones, just making them from scratch. Haha. So I will be sending out to each of you in our Henhouse one journal. But lol, give me time to make them.
So don't get offended if you don't receive it fast. Takes me a while to do.

Hope you enjoy them.

Hugs, Joan

I just got my lovely journal from Joan!!! Thank you Joan, so so much. It is just the cutest thing ever! I think I will use it for keeping notes about all my farmgirl swaps, packages, etc. since I have been so unorganized about that. My journal is a beautiful deep primitive barn red, with a really cool vintagey look and a metal vintage bicyle decoration on the front. The pages are all decorated with bicycles in the corner and there are lots of other embellishments. It is just awesome. As soon as we can post pics, I will definitely do it! Thank you again Joan, for all your time and thoughtfulness. I know everyone will love their journals like I do!

Ruth, it is just as cute as I described! I'm glad I could describe it, but I know I couldn't do it justice! I have already jotted down some notes in it. I sent out six boxes to farmgirls today...hahaha....books for the book swap, my Fall ATC's, a box of books and magazines for our off the grid friend Michele...oh and a little something for my sweet friend Ruth! We are leaving tomorrow for a week on the beautiful California coast...ah the ocean!!! Anyway, in my hurry to get my packages mailed out, I forgot to put the card in your package Ruth!!! So, when I get back I will explain the "history" of what's in your box :)

Tammy and Carole, I'm so happy you like your journals. It's very hard to make something when I wasn't sure of your color choices or style, but "thank you" for your complements. I'm having so much fun doing this for my SPG sisters!

Sending out another 4 or 6 tomorrow (Monday), I was able to get a lot done over this weekend, Yay!
