Starting this month I will be getting together with the help of Tammy a Historical Scrapbook/Journal for our Hen House. It is a very simple project but will take us awhile to work on as each Chick in the Hen House will be adding her own story too. I thought we should have a History of the Hen House to pass down so everyone will know who we are and why we are the Scattered Prairie Gals.
It will take us awhile to complete but of course it will never be finished as there will always be new Chicks coming behind us. If for some reason our Hen House is not more Mary Jane will get our Scrapbook for the Archives at the farm.
So, as I formulate more of this idea I will post it, we are looking for just the right book now, Brenda Davis and Linda Schram will get the book first as I believe they were the first Mama Hens, and they can tell how the Hen House got started, date etc. Then it will go to the next Chick to add what ever she wishes about herself, family with pictures and why she joined SPG. No rules just whatever you would like to add to your pages for the future.
More coming later, and let me hear your ideas too.

Hugs and Lots of Love,
Mama Hen (Debbie)

Thanks Kathy, they will get the book first, so they can share what they have of SPG from the beginning, as well as the rest of the chicks who were here from the beginning.
Hugs,
Debbie

Debbie, some original scrapbook pages of original hens are archived in my email and I believe Brenda has the original pages.
We can get them to you as well as add to them.

Cool idea to carry on!!

Blessings,
Linda

Get your thinking caps on and start planning, designing what your pages of history will look like. This will be a fun ongoing project for our Hen House, and I have another up my sleeve, do not want my chicks to be idle:-)

Debbie
