Happy Birthday back at ya Rusty! I have no idea yet as to what I'll be making for the ornaments but my mind is busy dreaming up something. Everyone have a wonderful day. It's beautiful here in Missouri.

Hugs, Brenda

Girls I am so sorry to have to bail out with this one. With all I've got on my plate I'm afried it will just have me in stew. Maybe by next year things will slow down some. I know that it sounds like I do more than others. thats by no means what I mean, Its just with my body hurting all the time, and taking care of mom, I should have known better to get to involed in something else right now. Enjoy and make some pretty ones!!! Which I know you will, we have some very talented ladies here. God Bless You All.
Hugs, Brenda

Hi Brenda:
I'm so sorry to hear about your mom and your own ailments. I can sympathize with you - my mom is also ill and she is totally handicapped and quite a handful. At least my health is good (thank the Lord) and I have a great husband for moral support. Don't fret about the Christmas exchange. It's not that big a deal. Just take care of yourself and get better.

Love-

Rusty

Thank you girls for your understanding. I just feel like I'm not doing my part in all the fun things. Because I do love making things for the other girls. Someday! I would like to see pics of what you all make!!

Hi Laura and all you other chicks:

Laura is correct - we need to make eight ornaments for our swap. My mom had another episode with her power chair last week where she caught her hand between the chair and a door. We spent 3 days last week just tending to her needs and mending her hand. I'm afraid I'm too busy with her to apply for any more badges right now. My ornaments are finished though - yippppeeee.

Have a great week-

Rusty

Ruaty, that's awful about your mom catching her hand. That must have been terribly painful. I hope she's healing well.

I've got my ornaments done too. I don't know if that's good or bad because I keep thinking of other ideas I wish I had done. Oh well, maybe another year.

Okay ladies I have started my ornaments and have 3 finished. Glad I decided to do this as it really helps me to be crafty again so thanks for coming up with the idea Rusty. I will keep your mom in my prayers.

Have a beautiful day Southwest Chicks.

Dear Ornament Swapping Chicks,
I sent my dear hubby to the post office with little packages for those of you in the Ornament Swap. I made you all tag ornaments and I hope you REALLY LIKE them . . . and there is another little "goodie" in the package for you that I hope you can use and enjoy!!!
So, be on the lookout . . . they're going out today!!!!
THANKS FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO SHARE WITH YOU!!!
LOVE YOU ALL!
CJ

I had in my mind that we were supposed to mail our ornaments on Dec. 1. I've had mine done for awhile and have been waiting to mail them because I'm not really thinking in Christmas mode just yet.

I'll be looking forward to seeing what you made, CJ, and I'm sure I'll love it. Your packages are always a wonderful gift.

I'll be sending mine early too, probably next week. Don't want them to be late.

Wow, you chicks are fast, I am working on mine and hope they will be finished soon. I am having so much fun making them for all of my Sisters. Mine may not go out early but they will go out on time and sent with a lot of love.

Hugs,
Debbie

Kathy,
I think that Dec. 1 is mail out deadline . . . . I just had mine all done and thought I'd send them so that it's a done deal.
But I wouldn't worry about sending yours early . . . .

I have 2 Christmas Bazaars to get ready for this month . . . so it's best for me to take care of all projects early if possible.

Hope you like them!!
THANKS!
CJ
