Tell me more. My girls & I may be doing just a sampler this summer - one that you can frame. I'm curious about the book.

That sounds really interesting! I can sort of imagine a little book of samples with decorative things on the cover. Would you elaborate a little? What is your vision? Would make a great "post and tell"!

To answer all of you with itchy stitchy fingers, we'll be getting going pretty darn quick, I think once the holiday weekend is over. I think most of us are in officially to the henhouse,so after the holiday weekend we'll just start posting on here instead of the craft and stitching link we started on. I'll send a few emails to the rest of the ladies that were planning on joining. I think it is going to be fun, and I can't wait to see pics if we can all figure our how to post pictures. I am actually setting up a blog so it will be easier for you all to see instructions, photos, etc. I think it will be good motivation for me to actually finish something if I know you all are doing it too! Can't wait to get started. Got mom into the nursing/rehab home today, so I am hoping things will settle down. She broke her leg a week ago, and it has been nothing but run, run, run. I'm exhausted, but I think the worst is over! Sorry that I haven't been as quick to answer or post. Thanks for all the prayers and good thoughts to all of you. |

Glad to hear Mom is doing much better. I'm excited to get started stitching "something". I need lots of practice. Hope everyone has a wonderfully safe week-end and enjoy this beautiful weather.
