Posted - Jan 14 2010 : 10:20:16 AM I've never been to Pappasitos, but love that Casa Ole'! A week-end lunch would probably be the best for me. I work full time during the week and Faransgirl and I have horse barn duties every afternoon unless we make special arrangements.
It would be fun to meet you all!

Perhaps we should start a new topic for this meeting?

Posted - Jan 14 2010 : 06:47:57 AM Casa Ole' would be great.
I homeschool my kids, so I can be available during the weekday. Weeknights and weekends okay, too. This weekend my kids are showing for 4-H so it would have to be after this weekend.

Posted - Jan 14 2010 : 05:53:20 AM That Gringo's is not very good, but there's a Casa Ole'(?) right next to it that is pretty good. Faransgirl and I eat there regularly.

Posted - Jan 13 2010 : 4:45:01 PM I'm 15 minutes north of the Airport (IAH) Well, I should say somewhere between 15 and 30 minutes depending on the time of day. Isn't it crazy? Sometimes I can make it to downtown in 30 minutes highway time but most of the time it's almost an hour.

Posted - Jan 13 2010 : 05:49:04 AM Good morning!
I'm in the Houston area (ha, ha.....that really narrows it down, doesn't it?) I have family in Orange, Beaumont and Fannett. I've lived in Beaumont, Crystal Beach (which is now gone due to Ike), Galveston, and now Porter.
So, hook me up with the gang!
Blessings Catherine
