Well, if you get packages in JANUARY!!! that is exciting!!!
This has been a most unusual year!
Patience! I remember one school year when I had a difficult class. Every morning I asked God to help me with patience. Then one day, A friend asked how my day had gone. When I told her of my struggles and how I asked God each morning for more patience...she said, " you need to stop that!" When I asked why, she answered, "because when you ask God for patience, He gives you more struggles, so He can see how you handle them!" So I began to ask less often...and my struggles became less.
our postal system is struggling right now. New employees must be hired and trained...and that takes time.
So perhaps we need to say a prayer for them. " Dear God, I had no idea what " Draining the Swamp" meant. I guess I thought it meant a few politicians. Now I hear it may involve 70% of our elected officials! Add to that those people who ran the election, the postal workers who became involved, etc. So please God, take care of the good people, and keep us safe, as your chosen ones get rid of the 'swamp rats.' In Jesus' name, Amen."

  Andrea, I did get you wonderful stocking, and I enjoyed everything so much, I am lready using the pens and the other markers, and the papers will definateilly get used and of course the chodolate and I can not wait to plant the seed you sent. Thank you so much for the cute stocking, I love your flowers.

I finally opened the box from Joan (jmpiercy). I am glad I waited.
Just out of the box. The fabric covered the top of the box.

These are all the presents neatly wrapped in fabric.
All the presents are unwrapped. Top Row (left to right): Celestial Seasonings Tea Sampler, Twinings Tea Variety Pack, Ferrero Rocher Chocolates, Russel Stover Hot Chocolate Melt-Away Santas, Werther's Original Caramel Minis and Aloe Infused Socks. Bottom Row (left to right): Inspiring Cards to Color, Spicing Things Up Mug-Shaped note pad, Strings with colorful clothes pins for hanging cards, Onyx Bathhouse Luxury Bath Fizzing Salts - Cherry Blossom. At the Bottom left (left to right): Pretty Blue Sparkly Finish Ball Point Pen, Four Beautiful Broaches, Dinosaur Ornament.
This is the close up of the small pieces.
I ironed all the fabric and plan to use it.
Here is a picture of the lovely stocking.
This is a closeup of the stocking. Joan said that the buttons are from both her grandmothers' and her mother's collections. All the buttons on the stocking are different.
I so love everything. I am saving some of the chocolates for later. I can use and enjoy everything. I hope my package has arrived by now.

Marie, I am so glad you like everything in the stocking! I hope you enjoy it all.
I just checked the tracking on your stocking to me. It says that on Jan 4th it is in transit to the next center. As soon as I receive it, I will let you know.

My tracking slip told me it should have been delivered by January 6. I'll wait a couple days then check at the post office.

Ladies...just needing to know if EVERYONE received their Christmas Stocking??? I loved looking through the posts and seeing how
Unique and Beautiful all the Stockings and gifts were!! Like I have shared before, I Love Hosting this Swap every year. It is the only
Stocking I get each year and it always brings out the little girl in me.

Yahoo!!! Jean and Marie...So glad, that it all came together!! I know that the mail is still slow even after Christmas...and I'm still receiving late gifts.

This is a close up of the goodies. Marie, you went way beyond the 12 gifts! I love everything! She included socks, candy canes, books, buttons, embroidery thread, clip earrings, hot chocolate, candy bars, etc., etc.
