Okay, I'm compiling our list, and I do need some more info from a few of you. We are extremely busy at work and Google Forms and I are having some words. Lol. But I'll get it done!!!

Edited to say, I just saw that Dianna and Jana added to the forms (and YES, I just figured out how to get email notifications when someone adds a response, PTL), so please use the second file I send rather than the first.
I swear I will get this right! LOL
If you wish to be included and have not yet filled out a form, fill one out, but I am thinking from now on I will add new members once a month so as not to inundate everyone with too many emails. :D

Holy moly Joan!! I'm so sorry to hear you've been under the weather as well as your hubs and granddaughters! Seems like everyone is getting sick! Scary! They closed a school down nearby because of the flu. PLEASE get better quickly now and be strong!

Thank you Dianna. The winters are always hard on me especially. I have autoimmune disease which includes so many things. So when I come in contact with someone who may be getting sick, chances are I will be sick. But, I deal with it and thank God every day that I'm able too.
