WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW!
Oh my sweet goodness,
I received my patriotic aprons today. They are so stinkin cute! I love them. Sister's, all of you are so creative. I am just in awe of all your talents. My neighbor asked me where I bought them. I was so proud to tell her, " Oh, you can't buy these aprons, they are priceless." For those of you who may not have received yours yet, you are in for a wonderful surprise! I want so bad to post pictures, but to not ruin for others I won't. I am a real stickler about that. LOL!
Oh but trust me, it is so hard not to.
All of you have made aprons to be proud of!!! And I am proud of you and overjoyed!
Farmsisters, these apron strings will tug your heart strings big time. Get ready!

Hostess error: Shannon got 2 of the aprons from Debi Carr - they are a half apron of red and white striped fabric with 1 or 2 patch pockets. Please let Shannon know if you did not get one of Debi's aprons and Shannon will send it to you when you send her your address.
Hopefully I didn't mess up any others. LOL!

I just love all my little apron gems so much!

Ladies, these mini aprons are wonderful!! Sorry I forgot to sign mine, it's my first ever swap, and I completely spaced that out. You are all so talented!! The ex-marine at my office loved them, he said thought they were very cool, I'm excited to try another swap, and will step up my game next time!! I love them!

Whoot whoot.... got mine today!!!
So hubby saunters on over as I am sorting the mail, he says... what's in the big envelope?... I respond ... my mini aprons from the swap... he says , well aren't you gonna open it?... I reply, in a minute... he waits... silence... then says , you want me to open it while you sort the mail?...
I answer ... sure.....
I swear, that man of mine is more excited then I am!!!
Needless to say... we both loved looking at all of the cute mini aprons...

They ARE very cute - and oh so patriotic! They are super for showing our patriotism.
I'm so glad everyone loves them. Only 4 more themes (animals, fancy, fall, and Christmas) and then we are done with mini aprons. :-(
Those of us in since the beginning will have over 80 mini aprons. WOW!

I think I might hang it at work, everyone really enjoys checking them out. We own a small family business, sheet metal fabrication, so having something girly is always fun. I didn't join the animal print swap due to the timeline on that one, but I am looking forward to what will be next!

Dianna,,, lol! spelling was not my strong suit,,, and I was to lazy to get up and walk allll the way down the hall to my sewing room to re-read the little paper print out.... besides,,, then I would have to walk allll the way back to the office... lol!
Darn,, wish you could join us for the next 2 swaps,,, but totally get it.... I just planted 4 more 6pks of Zinnas for my butterfly garden out at the front of our property.... and wore me out! lolol!

You have probably already pinned these, but this morning early I pinned a bunch of vintage apron patterns from the 1950's. It seems what we are calling party aprons may have been Hostess Aprons in the 50s.
