I recently did the Herbs Merit Badge, and as with the other badges, I enjoyed doing it. I have had a herb garden and have enjoyed drying, sharing and also using the items. Recently I also tried the herb seed Quinoa for a breakfast food and have recommended it already to others. It is a bit pricey to feed a bunch, but for myself (well, I shared some with my bff Daisy Mae Foxhound) it is just fine. I put diced apple pieces and walnuts on top...yummy. I also like cutting dill or yarrow for chive blooms for kitchen bouquets. . . a nice country touch.
