I've found that coffee soap really helps with my hands when I garden or my husband when he works on the car. I really hate using any of the chemical-y stuff (Goop, etc) that you can pick up in the stores.  There is one company I know of, she hand makes her own coffee soap, I think it's called BluebirdBathCompany.com I just wanted to highly recommend them if any of you are searching for something like this!
