CJ Don't melt ok...Have a great time. 100 degrees is just too hot pour water on your head or keep an ice cube up there. Take lots of pictures of Arizona...

After two long days of driving we are at the KOA in Mountain Home, Idaho tonight. Praising God for safe travels so far. Intense rain in the Provo/Salt Lake City area today. Driving in that in a big metro area with lots of traffic is nervewracking. For most of the trip in northern Utah and to Mountain Home very gusty wind that kept whipping us all around. Tonight, the wind is died down and we are about ready to hit the hay.
Tomorrow we head for the KOA in Spokane Valley, WA. Yup, we have some fun things to talk about . . . and some pics, but that'll have to be later!

Can't believe this dream trip is just a week away now!

I wish you all could come along! Travel with CJ and Robin and the other farmgirls is truly a gift! The special times that we have sharing each other's stories, about our families and our lives at home are just amazing. This will be my second "glamping" adventure and I truly feel blessed to be a part of this.
My wish is for every farmgirl to get the opportunity to get to some sort of farmgirl gathering, and enjoy each other's company.
Life is short, and I am so grateful to have my supportive family to encourage me to take these adventures. "Someday" may never come, so we have learned to live for TODAY.
Looking forward to sharing it with all of you!

On Monday, we traveled through northern Arizona, stopping at the Navajo Bridge which goes over the Colorado River. This first pic shows a fuzzy view of the river, which is WW-AAAA-YY down there. It was HOT there and we didn't stay long

Beaver, Utah KOA . . . which I HIGHLY recommend. Quiet, beautiful, wonderful - great campground.
Here we had to keep "Peony" and "Petunia" under control!

So, we get to the KOA in Mountain Home, Idaho which was also quiet, clean and nice. Robin decided she needed to rearrange the contents of her suitcases!

We've been glamping with a lot of SOTF sisters by the river near Spokane. There are soooooo many CUTE, CUTE trailers, we are the ONLY tent glampers . . . but we are no less glampers! There is no internet there so we've been "out of pocket" and disconnected for a bit. Robin and I came up to Starbucks to connect briefly, but we're headed back to the river and more glamper fun later.

Well howdy gals! So glad to see a few pictures of the journey so far. Looks like as usual you girls are havin some fun. Only 5 more days til I get to join you!!! (Can u hear me hootin an hollering from New York?) LOL. I hope that u have a great weekend with the SOTF gals (how could u not right?) hope the weather cooperates, stays dry and the sun shines down on all of you.

Oh CJ,
I saw that there was some rain in the area. BUT....On the bright side...it looks like the next 7 day forecast is going to be beautiful!
I am praying that what you dealt with this morning was the ONLY rain you encounter. May the sun shine brightly tomorrow to dry everything nicely for you.
Cant wait to see more pictures- although I do have quite a visual in my mind about you two in your goggles packing up! LOL
