Hi Peggy, I had to laugh out loud about the water systems. I never thought of that, about being both water systems.
yes I know I haven't posted in quite a while, it seems the days go by so fast and before I know it, its been a while. I have been trying to get some sewing done and the minute I think I will get something done, It is curtailed some way or the other.
I really need to start my Christmas presents too. It will be here before we know it. I'm really trying to make most of them, and I love doing them but It seems I have so little time now days. Does anyone have the same trouble, I think I don't manage my time wisely or something.
Today when I start something, Charlie would call me and I had to go help him, not that I mind ,but it gets so frustrating some time. Oh Well, I'am supposed to be the helpmate, aren't I. Just venting. LOL
Love you girls. Hugs Juanita

Karrieann, I just love the tatted doily, it is beautiful and the patchwork is great too. Keep up the good work, My Mother did some tatting and she did crocheting doilies and I have a few of those that she made me, I love the Pineapple design. I go to antique stores when I am on vacation to find them. they are precious to me, so much work in them. Unfortunately I don't do them. Hugs Juanita Farm sister # 1020

Karla...mittens or gloves? Knit or crocheted?

I started working on some "Star" Christmas Ornaments last night. Some of us here at
the Sr. Complex like to give everybody a little something-something for each Holiday.
These are made out of yarn and plastic canvas...but look like quilted stars when you
finish.

~peggy

i am always so impressed with everything everyone makes.
i have to agree with everyone that karrieann's tatting is beautiful. i have tried several times to tat and i get so far and then it seems like a big mystery to me. i think karrieann is a tatting genius. so pretty.

You all do such beautiful work!
I'm working on a tea towel for my sister for Christmas.

For two days I have been working on Christmas Ornaments while I lay in bed (Fibro Pain)
and then I also started my Christmas Cupcake Pincushion for a swap and has to have a cup
cake ornament with it. I made the cutest little Bead Snowman and Little Christmas Tree &
two wrapped Christmas Presents all for the Top of the Big Pincushion. They are so cute!
Hope they fit on the Pincushion. I made them first and so may just have to make a Jumbo
cupcake. LOL

Blessings,
~peggy

i have mentioned on another post how much i have enjoyed the maryjane farmgirl magazine for oct-nov.
it is full of so many ideas and crafts, and i was really inspired by the baskets on pg. 75.
i have had these scrap baskets before, and have always meant to make some, and the pics and instructions provided in the magazine really got me motivated. these baskets are small, but i hope to make them in all different sizes.

Frannie...I have made those years ago too and just loved them. Gave them as gifts and do you know I didn't keep one for myself. May just have to make myself another one! Yours are just Lovely! Great Color combinations!
When I saw those in the magazine this time...it brought back some very pleasant memories of working on those.

Thanks for showing us your talent and how great they turned out. Very Inspiring!

Hugs & Blessings,
