I'm cutting out and starting a fleece bathrobe for my fiance's granddaughter. Since I am getting married on Sunday, I need to do this SOON!

I still need to make 3 Star Wars pillow cases for the grandsons and some nurse's caps for my DIL for her job (not a nurse, but she still can wear them), however we will not be celebrating with them until mid-January. I have the fabric, just need the time. LOL!

Krista-that is awesome!!!

Gracie-cute apron!!

I'm about to write thank you notes for my bday presents and hoping to get this baby afghan done this weekend. Oh and I need to put together the photo book we do for Christmas presents-a little behind on that one!

Those projects are so cute. Good job ladies.

I have been working on a slouchy beanie. I followed the instructions for a women size but when I got done it fit like a snuggly beanie.
Didn't realize I have such a big head. Ripped it out and I am redoing it. sigh

Krista, your blanket turned out so cute! Thanks for sharing it with us along the way!
Grace, love the apron! What a great idea using a pillowcase!
Linda! A wedding ! How exciting...and Christmas Eve! Maybe you could share a picture later?!
Ruthie, what kind of sewing class are you taking? There is a Debbie Caffrey Mystery quilt class at a quilt shop near here on New Year's day....I'm still debating on whether to take it or not.
Nancy, post a picture of your beanie when you finish!

Thanks! I'm getting excited to see my moms reaction when I give it to her!
Good luck Sabrina! Hope you can finish everything you need too.
Nancy, can't wait to see your beanie! I have been wanting to try one of those but I haven't gotten around to it. Maybe next year.

Thank you Marcy! I was so excited to give it to my mom yesterday. She cried when she opened it. That made my heart that much more happy about creating homemade gifts for family.

Krista, that blanket is adorable!
And Grace, your grandson will love that apron.
I made a Steelers pillow case for my son-in-law and a bag for my daughters headset. Forgot to take pictures because I finished them up on Christmas Eve. Nothing like getting down to the wire!

Krista - That blanket is a knock out!!! WOW!

Grace - Such a cute apron! I hear you about stealing time to just be in that creative mode - recharges the batteries for sure!

I've been in a whirlwind of crafting planning and supply gathering and kit making...

Made a cute dog bone felt ornament with Tango's name on it but forgot to take a picture before I packed it away! Oops!

Also finished this simple felt and fabric ornament:

Then there are my Valentine's Day projects!

I'm going to make a ruffled felt heart wreath for the front door. Ordered the wreath form and pins earlier this week and they should be here Saturday.

I bought the red felt yesterday and cut out a bunch of squares last night that I've made a small start on trimming into circles.

Last night I also cut out pieces for 5 red felt hearts that will be decorated and placed in the greenery and white lights I've left on top of the china cabinet for now.

I finished the first one:

And here is the next one in progress:

Today is one of many clean-the-house days. I can't believe how clutter collects so fast. I have 3 sewing projects to finish today, too.

I've just discovered a wonderful new quilting site. It is Angela Walters "Midnight Quilt Show" on YouTube. She is fun, funny and very informative.

Hope all the quilters like it.

Jamie, your hearts are so dang cute!

I finished 2 sets of baby Vans. I had a friend ask me to make them for her. The blue ones are my favorite.
