Posted - Feb 03 2017 : 3:41:26 PM Good idea Bridgette! How many feeders do you have and what kind of birds are in your area? I could/should fill my bird feeders more than once a week, but I have up to three squirrels (never at the feeder at the same time, the other two will run around and eat off the garden floor) that take over the one with black sunflower seeds. And what a sight that is. They look like they are doing acrobats while eating. I don't put more out because I am afraid the squirrels will invite more friends.
