My older sister is a lefty. I'm a righty. She tried many times using her right hand. Why should she. She was born a lefty. God bless all the lefties :)

My middle son is a lefty and several relatives on my mom's side are also lefties. I have heard their complaints about how everything is designed for the right handed people. All the lefties I know do have a sense of humor about it and would love your cartoon. Thanks for sharing it with us.

We lucked out at our last home. The builder was left handed and put all the cabinet doors on that way! My brother and I are both left handed and I tagged on Facebook. He agrees with the hook one. That's how he writes. Lol I remember the side of my hand always having pencil on it.

My dad is left handed and I remember hoping one of my kids would be left handed, but they all ended up being right handed. My dad has such beautiful handwriting and I swear it's because he is left handed!

I write left handed but use scissors with my right hand. Never could get used to lefty scissors.
Sometimes I have fun and remark, "Oh, you're right handed! My sister is right handed too."
I wonder how it is determined which hand is our main one?

I'm not sure if it is something you are born with or if it is habit. Apparently I was a lefty when I was little but was "encouraged" to be right handed. If I picked something up with my left hand it was taken away and put into my right hand. The fortunate outcome is that I can do most things with both hands, or I could until arthritis took its toll.
