Tis the season to be canning!!!
Are there any ladies out there that would like to swap their favorite canning recipes? It can be for jam, jelly, pickles, salsa, foods processed in a pressure canner like stew or soup....anything goes!!! Something tried and true!
This will be easy as I know everyone is busy with summer life right now. Just write out/print out 2 or 3 recipes that would would like to share and send in an envelope to your partner. Sign ups will be until July 31 and partners posted on August 1.
I hope that you will join me!!!

Debbie, I would like to join. I grew up helping my Granny as a little girl, washing jars, shelling peas etc.she and and her sister, my Great Aunt Mattie canned every Summer, tomatoes, Garlic Pickles,Soup, peas, beans, corn etc.
I have a couple of her recipes. I'd love to share. These pickles are canned by a lady at my favorite antique store, she sells out as fast as she puts them On the shelf, very similar to my Granny's.

I am a newbie to canning so I don’t have recipes to share, but I will definitely be watching and learning.
Our second year of tiny gardening in a raised bed yielded lots of squash, cucumbers, tomatoes and corn.
Just enough to feed us through the summer and share with friends, but I am very proud of my first canning batch.
We were able to can 4 quarts of tomatoes !! Yay, lol.

A day hemmed in prayer is less likely to unravel.
