Hi ladies! Let’s do some Mail Art!
My name is Clara; I am the new graphic designer here at MaryJane’s Farm. I’m excited to get this Mail Art train rollin’!
First I should share a little about myself. I graduated from college at the end of last year where I studied graphic design and computer science. Soon after I started working at MaryJane’s Farm, jumping right on the first self-published magazine and it has been a blast! I hope you like reading it as much as I like making it!
Now let’s get back to business. I have the privilege of taking over Mail Art! This year it will be occurring every other month starting this May. So, for clarity, it will happen in May, July, September, and November for this year.
Recently on the farm it has been pouring rain, and it reminded me of the phrase, “April showers bring May flowers”, so the prompt for May is going to be flowers! This means making anything flowers: drawings of flowers, pressed flowers, tracing flowers, collaging pictures of flowers, cutting flowers out from magazines and calendars etc. or anything flower related you can think of!
