They are 38 years old. I covered them with sheets and Beach towels.onky lost a few buds that didn't stay covered. My neighbors got a kick out of my front yard looking like I layed my wash out to dry! Lol! It was a hard freeze! I lost all my new double daffodils from Eden Brothers that Sara ( yellow Rose) told me about. I planted fall before last. I got to see one spring season bloom. Too much too cover up. Connie Sue
Thank goodness you covered your beautiful azaleas! I was surprised the daffodils didn't make it through the freeze. Maybe next year they will come back and bloom for you.

Beautiful! I'm really surprised about the daffodils too! Mine have been frozen twice now and they're blooming. They're a bit droopy, but still putting on a nice show. They're not doubles though. I really hope they come back next year for you.

Connie, your azaleas are beautiful. Thank goodness you were able to help them survive the hard freeze. I am sorry your daffodils didn't make it. Hopefully they come back next year.
