I can't believe it's that time already! This year is flying by! I'm starting to put together the Christmas blessing bags I make for the crisis center every year. I'm having a colorstreet party to get nail sets to include in the bags. If you're interested in helping here's the link to the party: https://www.colorstreet.com/GlendaMetz/beautysocial/4517786

The Halloween and Thanksgiving ones are available now. Christmas will be available soon. If you have any questions let me know. Thanks!

Over here we are doing the “treats-4-troops”…
As some of you know, I live just down the country road from Fairchild Air Force Base .. our community&church take donations of mini sized candies/treats and travel sized toiletries-hygiene products.. , every thing is divided (male or female) into a box and sent to our soldiers on tour of duty.
We have several Industries (businesses) that are covering the cost of the postage..

Heather, you are so awesome to be making those special bags..
With what is going on today, major cutbacks in services and more people needing that bit of extra,,,we need to do whatever we can for those in need… Sometimes a simple bag filled with nail polish, a couple of pieces of chocolate, and a little note of encouragement may not seem like much but for some people, it’s everything. We have a Battered women’s shelter here, and they are always happy to take fabric and yarns so the ladies there can learn to sew or knit, just something to keep them busy.

How blessed we are to be privileged to help others.
