Here is my Christmas Stocking that I started over 4 years ago and never finished. I will try to finish it now to get back into making socks and to earn a badge. It is an easy pattern it says, but I have some trouble reading patterns:D

That looks like it'll be a wonderful stocking Debbie! And if it's a little off you won't be able to tell when it's full of Christmas goodies :) I have a Christmas apron that's been cut out for a couple years that never gets finished. Maybe that'll be my next project after I finish my blanket.

I did not post this as a UFO before but it surely is. I just recently finished it after over 5 years. I struggled with Needlepoint as I had never had done it before. I can embroider and cross stitch but needlepoint eluded me! I was so frustrated I went to a friend at the Library where I worked and ask for her help. I still did not get it and she was flabbergasted and could not understand why I was not getting it and she gave up, rightly so. Finally I set down late last year and just really followed the pattern and guess what it clicked. Here is the finished piece waiting to be framed.
I am proud that I finally finished it.
Now to finish my Knitted Stocking! Maria has been helping me and helping me to understand the pattern after all these years. Thank you Maria.

Beautiful! Congratulations on finishing it. Mine took 10 years and still isn't blocked. Something else to add to the UFO list.

Thank you. Now Judith there’s something else that baffles me is the blocking. But, I had to do it for this piece as it was way more askewed then you see it. It could use a bit more I am thinking.

Your needlepoint is very pretty, Debbie! Congrats on finishing it! I am continuing to work on my UFOs. As I clean through all of the things in my sewing/craft room, I am finding more of them! I am also finding projects in boxes that were never started! Oh, my goodness! It seems never-ending. One bite at a time, Right!?

I have been meaning to fix a hole in my poncho for (ahem) years. I finally did it!

Because it is black, the repair is hard to see. What I did was to take out some of the knit stitches to make the hole a square then I picked up stitches and reknit the fabric. I secured the live yarn on the back and sewed in the ends left.

Looks great Marie, I just saw a YT video showing how to do this last week. I was truly amazed!

A gift from my Neice a few years ago. I have just found the paints that go with it, they are oil and I am painting on canvas. Mind you I do not paint, draw, nothing. But I always wanted to learn. So here I go. Of course I missed the color photo of it, but it is a big half moon and I think the surrounding area is the beach I think. Guess I will be surprised when it’s finished! Wish me luck.

Good luck on your painting Debbie, not knowing what it will look like finished will make it that much more enjoyable.

Not really a UFO,… But close enough!
I bought this troll doll a couple of weeks ago, I have a troll doll in each of my camp trailers, but not in the RV. So for three bucks, I snagged her.… But hubby let me know he didn’t like her hanging around without clothing… Giggle, giggle!
So today I made her a little tutu complete with matching bow,, to wear so it wouldn’t make my husband blush!
Phew! Another UFO finished!.. lol!

LOL! I bet I have one or 2 of those boxed up with my stuffed animals from when I was a kid. They were crazy popular when I was a teen. Don't they have a jewel on their belly or something?
