I hope you all had a wonderful and fun Halloween! My kids had fun trick or treating, but I am so excited to take all my Halloween decorations down. I am ready for Thanksgiving now. All these holidays are so fun.

How fun Krista! Most holidays are better when you can share it with the excitement of children.

A day hemmed in prayer is less likely to unravel.

Hope the kids and you had a great time. Enjoy the treats!! My decorations came down, and Thanksgiving came out yesterday too.

I agree Wanda.

Same here Michele! And I bet November is going to fly by and it will be time to put up Christmas in no time!

Your children look adorable in their Halloween outfits! Yes, it is time to focus on Thanksgiving and quiet November. Even a few of the deciduous trees in Florida are "thinking about" maybe a change in color. I sure hope they figure that out soon before the Christmas trees arrive and everyone focuses on holiday lights, snowmen, Santas and so much more in their yards.

Thank you Winnie. I hope your trees figure it out soon too. Our trees took longer than normal to change color this year. And I agree. November does feel quiet and peaceful.
