I am having a hard time concentrating today because I am just so excited that it’s almost time for the garden. I spent some time yesterday walking around in the garden center, head in the clouds dreaming of the beautiful flowers and veggies in the future, having coffee in the garden, watching the tiny plants grow into something that will feed us, that feeling of exhaustion after a day of hard work in the garden... such an accomplished feeling! I spend all winter just longing to be out tending the garden.
I am not sure if anyone else is with me on this, or if maybe I am just a little crazy (lol), but I thought it might be fun to kick off this year's garden with a swap. My thought is that we will trade garden related items. It can be anything you think your partner might like: something you made, something you grew and want to share seeds from, plant markers, decorative items. Whatever you can think of as long as it is for the garden! Who is with me?

Julie - That post cracks me up! It reminded me that during COVID a friend & I both got very into propagating house plants & we would meet out at a park to trade cuttings and still socially distance doing so. She once brought her father along and when he saw me he said "Oh, so YOU are her dealer then?!" LOL.

Lol, Tina is ADORABLE Vanessa!! When we had pecan trees Kodabear loved grabbing pecans and bringing them to us to shell for him to eat!! Nice green garden
