Trailing Pansey. My Grandfather always said, don't buy any plants or flowers till after Easter. If it frosts,I can take it inside!

Your pot of flowers is beautiful and are just like my pansies on back deck. They made it through the winter on the deck and were look ing pretty straggly but with a little rain and sunny days they are perking up and have new blooms. Yellow is my favorite garden color.

Connie, that trailing pansy is beautiful! And like you say, if a frost is forecast, you can just bring it inside until the cold weather passes. Love the bright yellow!!

I almost forgot! I planted about 80 crocus bulbs last Fall! We are in Florida for a short get-away, but will be anxious to see if they have popped up when we arrive home in time for Easter (N Michigan, so they may decide to hunker down for a bit longer)!

When asked “How are you?”, I reply, “Better than good!”

Connie,
How pretty. I love the color. So nice and bright and pansy always cheer me.
My daffodils have bloomed and I have a little bunch of crocus bloomed. Last year something nipped one of the crocus flowers off. Just like someone had taken shears and cut the head off one. It was gone so assumed it was eaten by something. If we could just keep the critters out of the flower beds! We planted roses one year and the rabbits ate all the new little leavesso they died. No more roses.

How beautiful! I bought some pansies yesterday at the garden center, I think it sent me into some kind of spring fever! I am so happy to see the splash of color and the ones you picked are so beautiful!

I have my hands in the dirt for sure! I have been building new beds for growing an expanded garden this year! I’m taking up about a quarter of my front yard this year- if I keep it planted it might be more next year!
