Over the weekend I finished another UFO! I had these wood blocks only half painted for years. I am so happy they are finally done and I can put them up as decorations in a couple months.

So cute! They would look awesome on a mantel with stockings hung underneath.

Thanks everyone! I love seeing my UFO list getting smaller. Luckily I still haven't added anything new. I am torn right now between finishing a cross stitch piece or finishing a diamond painting. I am not sure which one I have more drive to finish lol!

My quilt guild's numbers for September and October were 5 and 6 and here the tops are are in all their finished glory. The bright one will go to charity. The panel was purchased for a class I took but never liked the technique. The big quilt was a civil war class I took about 10 years ago and was in bits and pieces so was a fun puzzle to complete.

I started this vintage hankie quilt in 2020 to document my travels to Florida state parks. I finished it this month! Wahoo!
I have a tutorial of the process and upclose pictures on my YouTube channel.
I used some of the MJF fabric that I got one year during her annual sale. I love it!

Very pretty! I have heard of making quilt tops with handkerchiefs but this is the first time I have actually seen one. Thank you for sharing.

I finally finished this project after buying it 4 years ago.

I had started to put it together and then got stuck because I did the first step incorrectly. I don't know what it is about me. I am afraid of failure, and I just walk away and disregard it. The failure sits around taunting me until I just do it. I am so glad this planter is finished and I can use it for gardening in the summer.

I really like your planter. Good job on overcoming the issue and completing it at last! Do you plant to put herbs, flowers, or veggies in it?

I usually make at least one mistake assembling something, then have to take it apart and do it the right way.
