Beautiful projects everyone.

Update: Still working on the quilt blocks. Have all of Block A done and 12 of 23 of Block B done. I did start working on learning quilling and finished one ornament

Many more ornament to work on.

As far as using up my yarn stash, I have completed 40 hats so far.... 10 baby, 10 toddler and 30 youth... and haven't even made a dent in my stash... but that's ok still have 10 months to work on them.

Love the quilling Theresa -- I haven't seen multi-color before. Reminiscent of stained glass.

Theresa, your quilling looks great! You have been super busy. That is amazing.

Over the weekend I purchased 2 more towels and made them into hooded towels. Now each one of my kids have a hoodie towel. I know that they weren't specifically a UFO, but if I hadn't completed my previous towel UFO, then I never would have had them all done. I am so happy I managed to sew them myself!

I finished my second UFO! It was a Harry Potter crochet kit that has a pattern book for all the characters and enough supplies to make Dobby and Harry Potter. I have had the kit for a couple years and I felt that if I made the 2 characters it has supplies for, then the UFO was finished. Now I have a tiny little Dobby and Harry. I am not a fan of how Harry turned out, but I realized that tiny amigurumi is not really my thing lol!

The crazy part is I have 2 more styles of these kits. Now I know to not get them anymore lol!

Theresa - 40 hats without a dent! That must be an amazing stash LOL! Your apple is amazing.

Krista - Way to go finishing more UFO's! I need to get my butt in gear on finishing mine before outside work takes over all my time.

Judith, Dobby is 4 inches and Harry is almost 5 inches.

I am so glad you agree, Linda! I decided to work on a diamond painting UFO next to take a break before starting some more tiny things lol!

Debbie, Bexten loves Dobby. I put them on my cupboard with the other Harry Potter decorations I have, but sometimes I see them go missing lol!

I made a goal for myself this year to not buy any new stuff for my crafting room and to use up what I have and I have a lot. So I have used my cotton yarn and made about 20 dishcloths, made a queen size jean quilt with flannel back, knitted a fine weight scarf and used my leftover medium weight yarn to crochet a double bed size afghan. I've been slowly going thru my fabric scrap bins and making 6",5" , 4", and 3" squares for quilting. If the squares aren't pre-cut I just don't open the bins lol. I am in the process of cutting scraps for barbie clothes for grandgirls. Next are fleece pants for my grandboys, I have enough fleece for at least 6 pairs. I also cut up my two shelves full of jeans to be ready to use when I figure out what I want to make with them. After this is all done I will start on my pile of flannel fabric and sort into projects. I feel challenged but not overwhelmed so that is good.

Give thanks to yourself everyday for all the wonderful things you do!

I'm considering that a lot, if not most of my fabric is UFOs. In fact it's Not Even Started Objects. With my wrist and thumbs in braces due to osteoarthritis it is extremely unlikely that it will ever get used by me so yesterday I started going through my giant fabric stash. I'm planning on taking a stack every month to the free table at the guild meetings. The only reason I paid my dues this year. LOL If they don't want it then the local Salvation Army will.

So sorry to hear about your hands, Judith. We have a table like that at our guild, too, and usually most everything is taken for someone to use.

I have been taking things to put on the table, too.

I've just plain used up my hands; there's no cartilage left in my wrists. It is what it is and I'm trying to get used to it and figure what I can do now to keep out of trouble. I've ordered an electric Accuquilt so maybe that will keep me productive for a while longer, but a lot of fabric is going to go.

One of my UFOs I mentioned that I will be finishing has been finished.

This dish towel has been in the works for a few years. It was originally intended for a trade on Mary Janes. However, the transfer was old and didn't take. I eventually had to draw it in and referring to the picture in reverse. I will keep it.
