this is also a bump on my other post about the sheepfest. My newest addition is an angora rabbit. Please see my blog for a cute story...its lengthy...be warned. Her name is Dixie and she has settled into her new home...ok, so I bribed her with carrots today. But she is healthy and jumped right over to me to be groomed and get attention. It was very sweet.
Dixie is beautiful. Are you going to brush her and use her fur to make yarn? I have seen that done at craft festivals? I once met a lady at a festival that had an angora bunny in her lap that she was brushing, handing the fur to her partner who was then spinning it into yarn.....pretty neat.
