My hubby and I have tickets to attend the Modern Homesteading Conference in Coeur d’Alene ID. It runs for two days…June 30 and July 1.
Is anyone else thinking of attending? I would love to meet up with any of you that will be there! :)

I've never heard of the Homesteading conference. Where can I learn more about it at?

Oh that sounds like fun! Wish I was closer. I actually visited Coeur d'Alene once for a wedding. Beautiful place! There was walk way out on the lake. When we got towards the end it was floating on the water. I didn't like that at all. I walked as fast as I could. It was the first time I saw a moose and I couldn't believe how big they are!

Jenn, you can find more info on the conference online at modernhomesteading.com
Andrea, it’s so beautiful in Coeur d’Alene. I live about 3 hours from there. The lake is huge and brings in lots of tourists. Moose are huge, aren’t they? And known to not be very friendly!

I have been to Coeur d'Alene twice and it is a beautiful city on a gorgeous lake. Karen, you will have to share about the upcoming conference you will be attending this summer there. It sounds quite interesting!
