Snow up to the windows, snow plows couldn't even come.
But it sure was pretty. On a big melt now, so all is
back to normal.

what a beautiful winter wonderland. I do love being snowed in and having no where to go, so long as you are prepared for it, food, necessities, etc... so lovely to snuggle by the fire with a cup of tea and admire the white and snow fall... something so magical about that.

Nancy, I am relieved to hear from you again!! I knew you all had your challenges with that fierce Christmas storm. The SNOW!! Where did you all put it?? I hope the melting is continuing and that there will be no further Snow Megaton this Winter!

Wow Nancy Jo! You are living in such a beautiful winter wonderland. I wish we could get at least a quarter of what you got. Every snowfall we have had has been very minimal. Hopefully you guys are staying safe and warm.

Ladies---I am sorry I do not see much beauty in that much snow! It is beautiful---but so many people had a horrid time and many died. I have seen three feet of snow here in WV and that was enough for me. I am glad you all see the beauty and for those who were safe---I see your point. I guess I just have a fear of too much snow---I'd be stuck in this holler for days and then the flooding would ruin my road---LOL>
