Today I was able to can cranberry juice and apple pie filling. Hubby and I also sectioned out chicken and pork loin into bags and used the food saver to prep them for the freezer. We did save enough apples for a pie for tonight!! :)

The pie was super yummy but the best part is knowing that I have more filling ready to go!!! :)

Beautiful pie, Karen. I have made a few this season as well, each one got better. My mom used to can apple pie filling... I've never tried that though. Meant to this year, but will have to put it on my to do list next season. Nothing better than a home made pie.
