It's that time of year again!! Who would like to join the 7th annual June is Dairy Month Swap? The only requirement is a cow something or other (you can make or purchase something) and a recipe that uses a dairy ingredient. Anything else is completely optional.
Sign up through June 15. I'll post partners the 16th.
Mail out by June 20.

Yes! I would love to join! I wasn't sure if I would be able to since we are going to be gone for a few weeks. But I will take my swap stuff and mail it from Montana...should be no problem!!!

I love celebrating National Dairy Month! How many years has it been Heather? I have lost track. But it has been fun and a great way to honor our dedicated Dairy farmers. I happen to use a lot of milk products and when I do, I think about how hard the work really is to maintain a thriving and healthy herd of cows. That delicious ice cream didn't just happen!! LOL!!
Each year, it is fun dreaming up what to put together for my swap partner. I love to see what everyone comes up with. It is always interesting and amazing!!

My fresh dairy will be delivered this afternoon. I have neighbors whose young son is developing a micro dairy and he is delivering 2 qts of whole milk and 3 pints of cream after church. Fresh ice cream is on the menu this week in honor of my husband’s birthday. The grandkids and grandpa will appreciate the 3 flavors I will be making. So Thankful for our dairy farmers.
