What is the best type of glue to use when gluing fabric to cardboard? Any hints will be appreciated as well.

Do you completely cover the fabric with a thin layer of glue and then make sure you get all of the air bubbles out or do you just dab the glue here and there.

Hey Kathy,
you can also use All-Purpose Spray Adhesive by Krylon.
Depending on your fabric - craft project, it is a good product, but I suggest spraying out doors...very sticky. What I like about the spray adhesive is it's flexable after it dries & most importantly it is non-staining/bleeding. It can be used on cardboard/wood/felt/fabric/paper and even on gift wrapping paper. It is also ideal for decopaging. I lightly mist my paper cut out, adhear it to the surface I am decopaging, let dry and then use "decopage" medium to cover. This way I do not have to deal with bubbles or soagy paper.
I buy mine @ Micheals Crafts. In the spray paint section. It's called All Purpose #7010.
Did I mention it can even be used to bond fabric to fabric?
