Happy June! Summer is on it's way to us up here on the Palouse and I've been watching my first garden, ever, take off and grow. Hope you're all enjoying the warm weather and early summer days!

FOR JULY Mail Art, please leave a comment on this thread stating you'd like to join in. Sign-up is available through JUNE 23rd. If your comment appears after you've posted it, that means you're on the roster.
The theme for this month is "Lace, daisies, & summer nights". If you feel like following your own theme, I whole-heartedly encourage you to create to whatever theme feels right!
I will send an email with your partner to you on JUNE 24th. Please send your Mail Art before JULY 31st. And be sure to include enough postage for your Mail Art to reach its destination.
Please post a comment on this thread once you receive your mail art to let your sender know you've received their art. If you can add a picture, I know I always love to see the works our sisters make!

Sign me up please!! I have been AWOL for awhile as me and my hubby have been looking for a bigger place to rent...no luck though.So we are still at the same house.Small but tidy lol.Just no room for our dog to run and play.Plus it is in a part of the city that has its problems.No complaints though as we are blessed to have what we have.

I just finished my mail art do-da for my partner - I'm happy about that as it's my first swap back in awhile and it felt really good to craft again. Grateful for MJF.

Oh, Dianna! Your mail art made me cry, I believe they were tears of gratitude for the gentle and most needed reminder from Jesus, thank you from the bottom of my heart for something so beautiful. I absolutely adore everything, even the little lacey journal inserts! So beautiful! THANK YOU!! xo

Yes, I sure did. I am very sorry I haven't had a chance to update with pictures. My mom recently passed away, I did open it but it's been a horrible last couple weeks. The gift was absolutely beautiful! I love it so much. I will get some pictures here soon. <3

I am soooo glad you like it, I couldn't think of anything. Then I was cruising bee patterns and found it! It was just a quick and simple pattern from a fellow artsy person on Etsy. I love bees, they are the ultimate farm critter. No bees, no food. :)

Oh, Jennifer, I'm sooooo very sorry to hear of your mom's passing... I pray for peace and comfort to be sent your way. I lost my dad in January and it's been a rough 6 mos here... I totally understand. Sending love...

Thank you so much. Yeah I spent last week boxing up her house. It's amazing how much stuff we accumulate in a lifetime, and not even a long one. Mom was only 63, dang cancer!!! I still can't believe it.....it's surreal to think that I can no longer tell her things or show her my art work anymore, or ask her for advice, and she won't get to see any of the grandkids graduate high school. :(
