April's full moon is tonight. If you have clear skies it should be at its fullest at 10:32 CST. This is 2021's first super moon. Scientists say that this years April and May's full moons will be the brightest and most specular for 2021.

Dawn, Thanks for letting us know. This time of the year it's hard to see the moon through all the leafed out trees but I hope I can see a bit of it

Yes, even though we had scattered clouds last night the moon was awesome! Can not wait to see it tonight .

We have had clouds and rain showers all day. I will pop out tonight and see if the clouds have moved away. Hopefully we can see it here. Thank you for the info.

We had great viewing skies last night for this gorgeous April full moon. It's location by 11pm was right over my bedroom window and I could look up and see it in full view. There was a lot of light in my room as well as I had the window open. It felt like sleeping under this beautiful Pink Moon!

It was right outside our deck and we had a great view of it too. I went out several times to look at it before going to bed last night. I'm sure it will be beautiful for a few more nights if anyone had cloudy skies last night.

all clouds and rain here lately. I enjoy looking at the moon in the evenings and mornings.

Hey Dawn,, yep,, we were lucky to have no cloud cover and got to view the 'Pink Moon'.. though it was not pink (to my view) it was not yellow-whitish,, but it had a haziness around it... and oh wowzers! Big!!!!

Grace, Pink Moon is just a colloquialism for the spring phlox that blooms in April and May. Our moon was so bright that it looked like the sun up there. I took a few pictures but they really didn't do it justice, I needed a camera with a filter to get a clear shot.
Hoping for clear skies for all in May for its Pink Moon!
