Hi everyone! I hope the weekend was great for everyone. Now on to my question...

I have broken capillaries on my cheeks, nose and chin due to sun and wind on my fair complexion. I want to find a herbal rememdy to help shrink those capillaries to a normal size. Any suggestions on what I can try that is herbal? I don't want to make a purchase of something chemical driven to help with the redness.

Thanks!

Amy

Amy, I used google & typed in "natural & herbal remedy for broken capillaries" & found a few sites. One site said circulation of course like massage. Also increase Vit.c, use juniper, chamomile & rose oils. Stay away from known irritents. Try that, Im going back now to read more.

I know cafeine and carbonated drinks aggravate this condition so ease up on them if you consume them regularly. Aveeno has a new moisturizer that also battles the redness somewhat if you need that as well.
