OK, Lavender Lesson #1...
when you use not real fresh lavender on a door wreath,,, be prepared... for buds everywhere...

I used some pruned lavender from my front yard... wired them onto a dollar tree metal frame..
Worked great until we had 90degree weather and the buds dried up even faster,, and every time we opened or closed the door,, buds fell off... lol!
So,, had to move the wreath to a different door, the back door that does not get used as often...
Lesson learned...

Been there - done that. Grace enjoy your "backdoor wreath". Happy crafting another one for your frontdoor whatever you choose to do.

I picked a nice big bunch of it from the plant we have up at the trailer, tied it with a ribbon and put it by the bed as lavender helps insomnia. I went to move it and made a nice mess. Had to take everything off the bedside table and move the table to clean it all up. At least it was a good-smelling cleanup compared to most.

I was out in my trailer yesterday, reading and couldn't help noticing, my pillow smelled really lavenderish.. then it dawned on me, I had tucked a lavender sachet between the pillow and case a month ago when I pulled the trailer out of the barn....
Gotta luv Lavender... I know I do!
