That pumpkin pie chap stick is "yummy" to smell!
The little notebook and pen are adorable and purse bound. The tea.........also yummy in my tummy!

LOL, will do Marilyn. The hubby always comes through in a pinch. Glad it arrived safely, did enjoy creating it. Wasn’t sure how well received an altered piece would be. I love making altered things ;-)

I received the most adorable pin cushion from Rebecca (Beccalou) in the mail yesterday. It is a tiny tin can covered with Autumn fabrics and adorned with vintage buttons. With it were a crocheted dish cloth, two woven coasters, a package of handkerchiefs, almond & sea salt chocolate bar (how did you know?), two tea bags, the most amazing rice crispy bar, taffy candy pieces, and a book mark. Most creative of all was the use of a McCalls pattern for tissue paper. Seeing that brought back memories of sewing for myself in the past. Thank you Rebecca for your generous and thoughtful surprise package !!

Cristy, Your wonderful package was in my mailbox today!! Thank-you for the beautiful pincushion, the cute tea bags tied up with a measuring tape, a really neat pattern for a sunflower wall hanging and a great pumpkin shaped cookie cutter and two cute pumpkin stickers! WOW, such fun all packed up in one package!!
Thanks again Gail for hosting this fun swap. It is always interesting to see what other Farmgirls create!! We are full of talented Farmgirls at MJF!!

Denise, your sweet little pumpkin arrived today. You did a great job and should be proud as it is your first one. I glad I was the receiver of it. Thank you too for the tucks.

Thank You. I absolutely LOVE my huge sunflower pin cushion. It’s so cheerful & you’ll never guess how I’m going to use it ?
It will display some of my most cherished vintage brooches & my vintage cameos. Now to decide whether to put it on my nightstand or vanity.
Thank You also for the Chai tea, I love Chai tea & Thanks for the recipe. The Chai tea just smells so good, I keep giving it the sniff test

I'm so glad you like it and have a use for such a monster pin cushion. I apparently used the a different yarn and needle size than was recommended, but I couldn't resist the potential giggle my swap partner would get from it. Enjoy - and send a photo with your pins and cameos displayed on it.

Hi Ida Jane, I will be off on Friday & have more time to play with my pin cushion. I will definitely take a picture of it with my brooches. I have decided it will be on my vanity, among other treasures :-) I do love it....
