Hi Darlene, received your ray of sunshine today. Thank You sooo much. I know exactly where I will be putting these. Thank you for the tucks too. I really love how you presented your tea. Top flag, bottom yoyo. Same bowl filler, just reverse.

Darlene, LOL, the hubby asked me why I’m decorating the centerpiece on my coffee table, the look on his face was comical. I told him why , he shakes his head & says, at least you aren’t adding them to the basket behind the toilet. He always thinks I’m batty for adding things to flowers baskets, as he thinks they are decorations themselves. He also thinks I’m out there when I create something from his old car parts or wood cast offs, lol. When we go to car swap meets, I buy more than he does. A gal got to create ;-)

Sounds a lot like me. Do you know what Rafter Tails are??? Several years ago my husband was unloading the back of his pickup truck. Of course I was curious and quickly began to grab some wood pieces. And of course he asked why I wanted them and what I was going to do with them??? I told him they would become something neat. And they did become rustic pumpkins, for autumn decor. I ended up with three sizes.
My son tries to hide the trash trailer from me, if he brings it home! WHy, because he learned long ago that I love to go through and choose and use bits and pieces of the stuff he takes to the dump ground. I love it when they begin a remodel or gut job on
an older house...sometimes my husband brings home some goodies. They started a brand new house Monday...I guess I should put in my request...

LOL, Marilyn, you sound like me. I always look at something & think to myself, what can I make from it, lol. I just made three pumpkins from 4 by 4’s, used wooden spools for the stem, also made a cute sign from 2 by 4’s. Wreaths from picture frames, working on my swap projects now. I just love it....
Almost forgot , what are rafter tails ?

Rafter Tails are long skinny wedge shaped pieces that are cut off of the ends of the rafters. They are 2" wide x about 9" long.

Ida Jane, I'm so sorry that in my foggy lack of sleep, I posted this on the Sept. Page.
This is a picture of the three fruits Ida Jane made. Wow, you are talented I love the fabrics you used.
The other pic is of the basket she made! How many hours did you spend on that cute set of delight?I
Did you use upholstery fabrics? I love it all. Thank you!

These are pictures of the ATC cards and the cute bowl fillers that Angie sent me!
The first photo is the colorful florals on the envelope.
Both the ATCs and the bowl fillers are embellished with lace, French knots and buttons. So cute! I love them. Thank you.

#3 did you draw etc on the envelope, it is really cute!

I made everything on the ATC cards. The back of them is a custom stamp that I had made from an ETSY seller years ago.And I used rubber stamps on the packaging. I try and re-use padded envelopes so that I can save them from the landfill AND pretty them hope.

Madeline, received my wonderful package from you! Thank you! I love the cats! I almost made cats for you! LoL! The sticky notes, tea, pumpkin everything, is my favorite, and with the poem and lovely note are special to me! I am taking a picture and when I see my son this week, maybe he can teach me how to post them. If you took one please post it!
These are so addictive! I wish I was getting them weekly! LoL! This is why everyone should join the 10" fabric swap. All those fabrics make quilts but can be used in many other swaps! Right girls?

Winnie! I received your package on Friday, very sorry it has taken me a couple of days to reach out here! I LOVE the apple bowl fillers! The scent of cinnamon when I opened the package was such a wonderful surprise, I cannot wait to make your apple bread and put your homemade apple pie spice mix to the task, what an unexpected treat! I'm super impressed by your crochet skills, and will never again attempt to carry fruit to to work without it's posh cozie!! My honeycrisp and I are officially spoiled! (the good kind of spoiled, that is!) :) I always love your notes and lovely packages, thank you for sharing another fun swap with me.
