JeanP... Deary ID.? is that past Troy? cus I think I got stuck there once on my way,, I pulled into the gas station on one end of town,, waited for the home town parade to go by,, both ends of town were closed for the parade.. ,,, and my cell phone didn't get any service., that was about 6-7 years ago,, I was headed over to the "Pony Club" (George & Ion Hatley) with a friend for an event..
I luv small town parades...
I use to meet up with my gal~pals over in Elk, ID, to camp near the river as well...

Connie--Your apron is going out on Monday. It isn't for lack of effort. lol! The pattern I picked was above my skill level apparently and I am working on it diligently, to get it to you! I won't be done by tonight but will by the weekend. I hope that is okay? BIGS HUGS --JESS

Cute apron. Is it a wrap around? Love the different fabric on top.

It is a wrap apron, but the only piece in the back is the band at the back of the neck. The two pieces in front cross right over left for one fabric and left over right for the other. I love making and wearing this apron.

I can post the name of the pattern tomorrow.

The apron is kind of a wrap apron - there is nothing in back except the piece in back of your neck. It wraps left over right one way and right over left the other, with pockets on each side of the front on both sides. It is a handy apron and I love wearing it.

So glad you like it, Ida Jane.

Coul f you put one on your body...have your hubby take a pic, then another pic of the back. I'm sorry...but I don't understand.

I finally figured it out --picture a long strip, pear shaped at the end tapering to the narrow part which is the neck then tapering back to another pear shaped part. The narrow part goes around your neck and the pear parts come down your front. The white ribbon ties around you and keeps it together. I hope that was clearer then mud; I'm not that good at describing things. Quite ingenious.

Yes, by jove, you got it, Judith!

Yes, Marilyn, let me do that. I just need to find one here. LOL! Wait, I don't HAVE one of my own. I will make one this week and model it. lol! Here's a picture of the front of the pattern package. They don't show the back.

I finally found the important papers I was missing. Still haven't found a ring and a pin I've been hunting.

That was what I thought but Linda said the only thing in the back is the neck strap.

Yes, I meant the shoulder piece when I said strap. Can you tell from the picture?

Does the tie attach to the sides of that apron and wrap around to the front to be tied?

The ties are both on one side - left or right - of the apron. They tie in back, and that is why it wraps left to right or right to left depending on which reversible side of fabric is on the front. I love this pattern. It uses 1 yard of fabric for each side. There is always a little left over for strips or squares for other projects.
